Vinmar International signed the off-take agreement for 1,4 Butanediol (BDO) and Tetrahydrofuran (THF) with the Gulf Advanced Chemical Industries Company (GACIC), a subsidiary of Saudi International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) of Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The GACIC plant is part of a petrochemical complex located in Al Jubail. The nameplate capacity of the plant is 75 KTPY in BDO equivalents. Vinmar has the rights for marketing, distribution and logistics in Asia, (including Turkey) and the Americas.
