The presentation highlighted the challenges resulting from the huge capacity buildup in the Middle East,especially in polymers..
Vijay Goradia spoke about the need for improvement in infrastructure,need for substantial increase in equipment ,truck drivers,cargo ships etc .Failure to respond to these needs could result in lower operational rates and temporary plant shutdowns.
He offered some practical solutions to alleviate some of these challenges..
