Vinmar Projects

In 2001, we began Vinmar Projects in order to provide expertise to various petrochemical industry greenfield projects around the world. We provide feasibility studies and initial planning, selection of EPC partners and oversight to the project during construction phase. Vinmar also helps secure project financing through our global banking contacts and by guaranteeing future revenue for the project via an off-take contract. The off-take model gives financiers comfort by assuring that debt can be serviced, reduces marketing pressure on the project initiator, and allows Vinmar to continue to fulfill its core mission — which is to market and distribute petrochemical products. Vinmar continues to remain active in the vibrant project development space, actively working with a number of partners on future facilities and associated off-takes.
